Draft — pending qualified legal review

This page outlines what our terms of service will cover. Given that WiseHealth OS is designed to process health, genetic and mental-wellness data, this draft requires review by qualified legal counsel and considerably more detail before any user or member is onboarded under it. Contact hello@wisehealthos.com with questions in the meantime.

Legal

Terms of Service

These terms will govern use of WiseHealth OS by institutional partners and individual members. At minimum, they will address the sections below.

What WiseHealth OS is — and isn’t

WiseHealth OS provides informational and workflow-support tools built on a deterministic scoring engine with AI-assisted explanation and prioritization. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and does not replace clinical judgment or a licensed healthcare professional.

Current development stage

  • WiseHealth OS is pre-commercial
  • Some capabilities described on this site are in active development
  • No claims of clinical validation, regulatory approval or customer outcomes are made until independently established

Sensitive health data terms

Because the platform is designed to process blood, genetic, and mental-wellness data, these terms will include provisions — following legal review — specific to:

  • Consent for genetic data processing, separate from general terms acceptance
  • Member rights regarding mental-wellness data, including any escalation or crisis-related handling
  • Data retention, deletion, and portability commitments for sensitive categories
  • Limitations on interpretation of illustrative or example content versus validated clinical output

Institutional deployment

Terms for white-label and API deployment, data processing responsibilities between WiseHealth and institutional partners, and service-level commitments will be finalized in individual partner agreements and referenced here.

Acceptable use, liability, and dispute resolution

Standard terms covering acceptable use, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will be added here following legal review, prior to general availability.
